As the provider of Cloud Phone SDK, Minical International Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Minical" or "we") respects and is committed to protecting the security of your personal information.
The Cloud Phone SDK products and/or services referred to in this privacy statement include the provision of SDK software packages and API services for developers to call and access Cloud Phone services.
The Cloud Phone SDK provides developers with a quick access to a full range of cloud phone technology solutions, and implements cloud phone-related business scenarios by calling the client SDK interface.
After developers integrate the Cloud Phone SDK into the applications and products they develop and/or operate (including APPs, mini-programs, web pages, etc., hereinafter collectively referred to as "applications" or "developer applications"), the Cloud Phone SDK may collect and process the data of end users (hereinafter referred to as "you").
In the above scenarios, developers, as "personal information processors", determine the purpose and method of processing user data. We only collect data on behalf of developers in the process of providing developers with specific business functions of Cloud Phone SDK, and process data according to the developer's entrustment and instructions.
We hope to explain to you clearly, accurately and completely through this Privacy Policy how we collect, process and protect all information you provide when you use the developer application integrated with Cloud Phone SDK.
**Special Statement: ** This Privacy Policy does not replace the privacy policy of the developer application. Developers should disclose the privacy policy of their applications to you to explain how they collect, process and protect your personal information. If you seek access to data, or attempt to correct, modify or delete incorrect data, or you do not want to continue to use the application integrated with Cloud Phone SDK, please contact the corresponding developer (personal information processor) directly.
This Privacy Policy will help you understand the following:
1. How we collect and use personal information
(I) To help developers provide corresponding functions and services to end users If you use a developer application that integrates the Cloud Phone SDK, the Cloud Phone SDK will collect the following information on behalf of the developer in a programmatic manner:

We will not ask you to actively submit personal information. The information we collect cannot identify the identity of a specific natural person alone, and based on the technical characteristics of this SDK, it is objectively unable to obtain any information that can identify the identity of a specific natural person alone during its operation.

(II) Ensure service security, optimize and improve service purposes In order to help developers provide the above functions and services to end users, and to more accurately locate and solve the problems encountered by developers and end users when using Xiaosuan Cloud Mobile SDK products and services, improve and optimize the dual experience of Xiaosuan Cloud Mobile SDK products and services on the developer side and the end user side, more accurately locate and solve the problems encountered by end users when using Xiaosuan Cloud Mobile SDK services, improve and optimize the service experience of Xiaosuan Cloud Mobile SDK, improve the security of Xiaosuan Cloud Mobile SDK services, prevent, discover, and investigate fraud, endanger security, illegal or violate our agreements, policies or rules, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of developers, end users, us or our affiliates, partners and the general public, we will collect the end user's device information, location information, log information and other information related to the login environment.
(III) Anonymization of personal information Without publicly disclosing or providing end user personal information to the outside, Minical has the right to mine, analyze and use (including commercial use) the anonymized user database, and has the right to collect statistics on the use of products/services and share the anonymized statistical information with the public/third parties.
(IV) Exceptions to prior authorization and consent Please note that in the following circumstances, the collection and use of personal information does not require prior authorization and consent from the end user:
- Directly related to national security and national defense security;
- Necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which an individual is a party;
- Necessary for the performance of statutory duties or obligations;
- Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests. For example: necessary to respond to public health emergencies, or to protect the life, health, and property safety of natural persons in an emergency;
- Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
- For the purpose of safeguarding the major legitimate rights and interests of the end user or other individuals, such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned;
- Processing personal information that an individual has disclosed to the public or other personal information that has been legally disclosed within a reasonable scope in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure channels, etc.;
- Circumstances otherwise provided for by laws and administrative regulations. Please note that when we use information for other purposes not specified in this privacy policy, we will seek the consent of the end user in advance.
2. How we share, transfer, and publicly disclose personal information
(I) Sharing Unless you agree in advance or in accordance with other laws and regulations, we will not share your personal information with third parties other than Minical, except for those that cannot be identified and cannot be restored after processing.
For companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share personal information, we will investigate their data security environment, sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, and require them to take confidentiality and security measures in accordance with the law to handle personal information.
- In the following cases, with the authorization and consent of the end user, we may share personal information:
- **For the purposes stated in this privacy policy only, some of our services will be provided by authorized partners. We may share some personal information of end users with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. **We will only share personal information of end users for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and will only share personal information related to the provision of services. Our partners have no right to use the shared personal information for any other purpose.
Currently, our authorized partners include the following types:
- (1) Service platforms or service providers. Xiaosuan's products are connected to a variety of third-party services. When the end user chooses to use the third-party service, the end user authorizes us to provide the information to the third-party service platform or service provider so that it can provide services to the end user based on the relevant information.
- (2) Software and hardware/system service providers. When third-party software and hardware/system products or services are combined with Minical's products or services to provide services to the end user, with the authorization of the end user, we will provide the third-party software and hardware/system service provider with the necessary personal information of the end user so that the end user can use the service, or for us to analyze the use of products and services to improve the end user's experience.
For companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share personal information, we will investigate their data security environment, sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, and require them to handle personal information in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
If we or our affiliates are involved in mergers, divisions, liquidations, acquisitions or sales of assets or businesses, the end user's personal information may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will ensure the confidentiality of such information during the transfer and do our utmost to ensure that the new company or organization holding the end user's personal information continues to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, we will require the company or organization to re-ask the end user for authorization and consent.
(II) Transfer We will not transfer the personal information of end users to any company, organization or individual other than our affiliates, except in the following circumstances:
- Obtain explicit authorization or consent from the end user in advance;
- Meet the requirements of laws, regulations, legal procedures or mandatory government requirements or judicial rulings;
- If we or our affiliates are involved in mergers, divisions, liquidations, acquisitions or sales of assets or businesses, the personal information of end users may be transferred as part of such transactions. We will ensure the confidentiality of such information during the transfer and do our utmost to ensure that the new company or organization holding the personal information of end users continues to be bound by this privacy policy. Otherwise, we will require the company or organization to re-ask the authorization and consent from the end user.
(III) Public Disclosure We will only publicly disclose the personal information of end users in the following circumstances:
- Obtain the separate consent of the end user;
- Based on the mandatory requirements of laws, regulations, legal procedures, litigation or government authorities.
(IV) Exceptions to obtaining prior authorization and consent when sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing personal information In the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing personal information does not require prior authorization and consent from the end user:
- Directly related to national security and national defense security;
- Necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which an individual is a party;
- Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests. For example: necessary to respond to public health emergencies, or to protect the life, health, and property safety of natural persons in an emergency;

3. How do we store and protect personal information?
We attach great importance to information security and follow strict security standards. We use security measures that meet industry standards to protect the information you provide, and adopt various reasonable technical, operational and management security measures to protect the security of the information we collect. Prevent information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss.
